At Venezianico, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return period for all watches in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and certificates of authenticity to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the integrity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
